ClassGraphic Many of us take multiple medications—42% of adults take five or more. But how confident are you in your ability to understand and manage those medications safely and effectively? Medication literacy refers to the ability to obtain, understand, and apply essential information about your medicines. This includes reading labels, interpreting dosage instructions, and identifying potential side effects or drug interactions. In this session improving your medication literacy will empower you to ask the right questions, express concerns, and participate in active management of your meds.
