ClassGraphic This Winter offers the first in a series screening biopics of musicians and singers, personal favorites of Instructor Brett Morse, that hopefully you, too, will enjoy. These were selected based on factors like “Rotten Tomato” scores, movie reviews, critics’ choices, and box office success. Each session we watch a movie and then have discussion about the movie itself, actors involved, reviews, etc. The lineup starts with “Bohemian Rhapsody” (2018 – Queen), then “Coal Miner’s Daughter” (1980 – Loretta Lynn), “Love and Mercy” (2014 – The Beach Boys), “Bound for Glory” (1976 – Woody Guthrie), “Behind the Candelabra” (2013 – Liberace), and wraps up with “I’m Not There” (2007 – Dylan). Come and enjoy these incredible movies with lively exchange, as always.
