Navigating Driving Over 55 (Years, Not MPH!)

CourseGraphic We will learn about little-known age-related changes in the body that impact critical skills required for safe driving. We’ll discuss strategies and equipment that can be used to improve safety when driving in a variety of conditions, such as improving sitting position, aligning mirrors to reduce blind spots, adjusting headrest position, improving glare recovery, and using seat cushions and seat belt extenders.
