« back to classes page
ClassGraphic Neither a civics class nor a law school seminar, this series of sessions examines discreet ways the Constitution, as applied, impacts all our lives. From voting rights to money in politics; from the shadow docket of the Supreme Court to an examination of the issues before the Court in the 2025-2026 term; to a general examination of how the Court works (especially the doctrine of stare decisis or judicial precedent), we will consider how decisions directly or indirectly impact each of us.
