ClassGraphic This is not a first-year law class, nor is it a revisitation of a high school civics class. Instead, it's a discussion of the underlying philosophy of the Constitution, how the Supreme Court interprets it and then applies that interpretation to issues that impact many of us. Each session will focus on a specific issue as noted in the syllabus. Lively respectful discussion is welcomed and encouraged!
