ClassGraphic We will look at Reconstruction's difficult birth during the American Civil War; review its accomplishments and the many attempts on its life; look at the 13th, 14th, and 15th Amendments to the U.S. Constitution and the first Civil Rights legislation in American history; and discuss how the Reconstruction came to an untimely end before 1900.
