CourseGraphic Anxiety and other challenging emotions can be our allies by informing us that we might need more space, time, or self-care before we default to giving in to others. If called upon with curiosity instead of judgment, such feelings can amplify the voice of our unmet needs. Lean in, ground yourself, and find your way to navigate through such challenges with healthy boundaries based on the latest neurological research, attachment theory, nonviolent communication, and studies of internal family systems.
