ClassGraphic Mindful Movement is a curious exploration of how the mind and body, together as the whole self, work alongside one another to create easeful, thoughtful, free, open, long, and wide movement expressions. Students will engage in a meditative body mapping guided lie-down (or sit-down), talked through by the instructor. There will be plenty of space given to sharing reflections and asking questions, as well as lots of group activities in movement. This course combines principles of the Alexander Technique, reiki, and stretch therapy.
