« back to classes page
ClassGraphic This class examines the framework for each branch of government as established by the Constitution and its powers as they have evolved over time. We’ll also consider how each branch can serve as a "check" on the abuse of power by one or both other branches and examine what might happen if those checks fail. Finally, we’ll discuss the implementation of specific policies that affect citizens and the requirement that the government follow specific procedures when serving the public.
