CourseGraphic Join us for a behind-the-scenes visit to Hollow Ridge Vineyards, an emerging boutique vineyard in the early stages of its journey. This experience offers OLLI attendees a unique opportunity to witness the “birth of a vineyard,” from land stewardship and site preparation to the thoughtful planning that shapes a future winery. Guests will walk the property with the founder Elisa Wybraniec and Vineyard Manager Kyle Favreau. Learn about the vision for sustainable farming and wine production, and gain insight into how great vineyards are developed long before the first vines are planted. Expect an engaging, conversational tour that connects agriculture, ecology, and the art of winemaking.

Please note that this is an active, undeveloped agricultural site, so sturdy, closed-toe shoes are required for safety and comfort. The tour will proceed rain or shine, offering a true-to-life look at vineyard development in all conditions, just as farming itself demands. Participants are encouraged to dress appropriately for the weather and terrain, as the experience is designed to be immersive, informative, and grounded in the realities of working the land.
