CourseGraphic Patanjali is considered the "grandfather of yoga" and "spiritual physician". Come to this 2000 year old philosophical view of yoga as we explore the wisdom and threads of knowledge of Patanjali's Yoga Sutra. Within the Sutras, we’ll explore the Eight Limb Path to Enlightenment that includes the five Yamas and Niyamas. These are the code for moral conduct that will be covered in this class.
