CourseGraphic Prepare to celebrate the meaningful experience at the heart of our human relations with family, friends, spouses, and the Divine, that is, to love and to be loved. Students will be introduced to a short yet significant original textual work of twentieth-century author Clive Staples Lewis. The instructor will guide students through The Four Loves and the lessons of Lewis, grounded in classical and spiritual origin, in order to more deeply understand each of the four loves. To consider familial love or storge, friendship love or philia, romantic love or eros, and spiritual love or agape, shows each of us how to exist in the presence of something greater than oneself. Here's to Love!
